This date scone was on my plate one morning tea time and I took a photo of it with the knife as I love painting cutlery! We were on a road trip to Gippsland and there is a fantastic cafe on the way we always stop in. I cant go past their date scones, lots of memories of the great bakers out there who mastered a scone and we all remember who you are.
