These little flowers are so enchanting and the blues that they come in range from very dark blue to very pale. The little yellow centres are perfect and these little plants grow freely if you let them. I love the name of them, so English and pretty and in this painting I wanted to contrast the background with the blue flowers. It was a warm day and the shadows on the ground were nice to paint.
